Hello! My name is Andrea and this is my first year as the German teacher in Indigo Nursery class. I came to Dubai, with my husband, in May 2009. Before moving to Dubai, I lived in Nairobi, Kenya. At the German School, Nairobi, I offered afternoon classes for the Kindergarten and I supported the children while they completed their homework. After graduating in 1999, I worked for Kindergartens and after school institutions in Munich and Mannheim, Germany. I love to work with children, to see them growing up and to support their development. I like Sports and reading.
My name is Azadeh and I come from Iran. I lived for seven years in Hamburg Germany. I started my Kindergarten Teacher Training and worked for two years in a Kindergarten. I enjoy working with children. In my spare time I like to do sports and playing chess. I am looking forward to working with children with so many different nationalities.

My name is Ximena and I am the Lavender Class teaching assistant. I am originally from Bolivia and have been in Dubai for 1 year and 8 months. I joined The Children's Garden almost a year ago and have been an assistant in PS2 and Pre-Nursery during this time. I am a lawyer by trade but I have always been interested in working with children. I was lucky enough to colaborate with a non profit making organisation in New York throughout 2007 and this gave me the opportunity to work in various public schools. I thoroughly enjoy helping in the development of young minds and I feel that my patience and strong desire to learn has allowed me to have a very enriching experience so far. I like sports, reading, music and travelling.
My name is Julie and I am the Nursery English teacher in Lavender class. I come from England and I moved to Dubai in May 2008. I have worked at TCG since August 2008. I have worked with chilldren for over 15 years - children of different ages and abilities. I hold a National Diploma in Early Years Education, from England. I believe you teach children by what you are, not just by what you say. I have a passion for books, music and I enjoy travelling.
